These 1/8th scale replicas of the big boats hit speeds in excess of 60mph when racing. What these boats lack in size, they make up for in intense racing action. Their race course is located at the Family Fishing Pond in Columbia Park and they run Friday and Saturday of race weekend. If you have never seen them before, you owe it to yourself to take a look.

The “Kids Zone” will be located in the centennial stage area in Columbia Park. The zone will be open Saturday and Sunday during boat races. Inflatables and activites will be provided, including two stage shows. There is no charge for the “Kids Zone”.

Both Hydroplane drivers and Airshow pilots will be available at the autograph session. Souvenir merchandise will be available to purchase, which will benefit the Driver’s fund to aid the families of injured drivers. The autograph session will be held at the ANG Stage near the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.

See the boats up close and learn more about them. Pit tours are available to all people wearing a booster button. The buttons may be purchased in the park and from supporting businesses in the Tri-Cities for $5. Tours are available Friday and Saturday.
