These 1/8th scale replicas of the big boats hit speeds in excess of 60mph when racing. What these boats lack in size, they make up for in intense racing action. Their race course is located at the Family Fishing Pond in Columbia Park and they run Friday and Saturday of race weekend. If you have never seen them before, you owe it to yourself to take a look.
The Kennewick Kid’s Zone is located just north of the Playground of Dreams and will feature Big Top the Clown and Walter Chimal from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.on Saturday and Sunday with a meet and greet from 2 to 3 p.m. Florcklorico dancers will perform Sunday showing off their traditional Mexican dance.
The Pasco Kid’s Zone is located in Wade Park between Roads 49 & 52.
Both Kids Zones will also have a bouncy house, face painting and arts & crafts. The zone will be open Saturday and Sunday during boat races. There is no charge for the “Kids Zone”.

All race boat drivers will be available at the autograph session. The autograph session will be held at the Centennial Stage behind the Lampson Pits as 12:00pm, Saturday.

The buttons may be purchased in the park and from supporting businesses in the Tri-Cities for $5. Tours begin at the front pit gate and are available Friday and Saturday. Contact the Water Follies office for group tours. Unlimited access to the cold pits is $10/day. Tickets available at the Water Follies office and at the Park.
